Please forgive our intrusion.
The fight for justice to investigate the mysterious circumstances surrounding
the demise of His Divine Grace, Srila Prabhupada, has arrived at the legal arena.
Below you will find a copy of a Writ Petition filed at Allahabad Court, on 16th
November 2004, the twenty-seventh anniversary of the physical passing of A.
C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, Founder and Acarya of the International Society for
Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). The Writ was heard before Hon'able DB of Justice
Imitaz Murtaza and Justice M. Chaudhary. Subsequent to the hearing, the hon'able
Court was pleased to admit our Petition, and has called for reports from Police
authorities stating why investigations were not initiated by them on receipt
of our complaint. A date has been set for the requested reports. We will inform
you further as to the results.
It is our firm belief that the case will find its way to the Supreme Court. We have many Petitioners waiting for this to eventuate. TO THE HON’BLE CHIEF JUSTICE AND HIS OTHER HON’BLE COMPANION JUDGES
OF THE AFORESAID HON’BLE COURT.
THE PETITIONERS ABOVENAMED MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH AS UNDER:
1. That this is the first Writ petition of the petitioners against the present
cause of action and no other Writ petition has been filed by the present petitioners
before the Hon’ble Court or before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
2. By way of present Writ Petition the petitioners herein are seeking indulgence
of this Hon’ble Court for a direction by way of writ of mandamus or such
other writ/order/direction to the Premier Investigation Agency, Central Bureau
of Investigation (hereinafter referred to as C.B.I.) to initiate investigation
into the suspicious and mysterious death of his Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta
Swami Prabhupada founder Acharya of ISKCON way back in November 1977. Although
the incident is of 1977, the petitioner have come to know not only of the cause
of death of Srila Prabhupada, but the fact that despite bringing those apprehensions
relating to the death of Srila Prabhupada to the higher authorities of ISKCON,
no action has been taken to report the commission of cognizable offences to
the appropriate authorities. Aggrieved by inaction of the higher authorities
of ISKCON, the petitioners approached the respondents but to no avail. Thus
the petitioners are filing the present petition.
3. The petitioner herein are disciples of late Srila Prabhupada and are citizen of Australia.
4. The brief facts which gives rise to the filing of the Writ petition are as under:
(i) His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada founder Acharya of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). He was an authentic spiritual master and had ignited Hare Krishna movement a spiritual revolution in the hearts and minds of thousand devotees all over the world. In 1972 Srila Prabhupada created a Governing Body Commission (GBC) from the ranks of his disciples to oversee the spiritual growth of the Hare Krishna movement. Srila Prabhupada focused on translating the ancient vedic scriptures and writing Bhaktivedanta, purports.
Srila Prabhupada enjoyed absolute authority and control over the vast assets of ISKCON (ISKCON has got 500 Centres all over the world). Many of the senior disciples of Srila Prabhupada desired to be initiated as his successors gurus who would enjoy control over the spiritual and material legacy after Srila Prabhupada’s time. Unfortunately Srila Prabhupada did not devise any procedure to protect the long-term interest of ISKCON from any predatory take over, prompted by selfish motives.
(ii) Early in 1977, Srila Prabhupada became increasingly ill. Despite treatment from various ayurvedic doctors his condition did not improve. It was later discovered that he had symptoms of chronic heavy metal poisoning. In the last days of his life in November 1977 he also made several statements directly and indirectly that some one had poisoned him. His attending caretakers, specifically Bhakticharu, Tamal Krishna and Kaviraja confirmed his understanding in recorded conversations at that time.
Although this fact was suppressed at that time the petitioners subsequently learnt that the chemical analysis of the hair from Srila Prabhupada – collected during 1977 showed the presence of poisonous metals like arsenic, and cardmium. The quality of the residues of these metals in the hairs from SP showed that he was subjected to sub-acute doses of these poisionous metals for a long period, with the criminal intention caused the death slowly but surely without arousing suspicion.
(iii) In late 1997, 20 years after the death of Srila Prabhupada some tape recorded conversations establishing the fact that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned by few people closely associated with him were discovered by chance by the Petitioner and other disciples of Srila Prabhupada. Following the discovery concerned followers of his divine grace Srila Prabhupada informed GBC (Governing Body Commission of ISCKON) about the said incidents. The GBC in turn assured the concerned parties that an investigation would be undertaken to look into allegations raised by Srila Prabhupada himself regarding the issue of his deliberate poisoning which led to his death.
To launch the promised investigation, the GBC executive committee appointed Balvanta Das (Willaim Ogle) a disciple of Srila Prabhupada and a practising attorney for 20 years. During the course of investigation Balvanta Das found much evidence which indicated that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned. However, the investigation could not be completed without further research due to lapse of funds intentionally by GBC. But various findings and reports which clearly show that Srila Prabhupada was poisioned was discovered in process of investigation. The report of Balvanta Das is enclosed as Annexure-A.
(iv) The petitioners and other disciples of the Srila Prabhupada were shocked to see the report of Dr. Morris dated Jan. 6, 1999, which was based on the analysis of a hair embedded on movable cutter of the clipper. Where he found arsenic in the hair in the amount of 2.6 parts per million which is considered to be 20 times greater than would be expected in an average person living in United States. The report dated Jan. 6, 1999 of Dr. Morris is attached as Annexure-B.
(v) The petitioner also discovered that the report of Richard T. Callery Chief Medical Examiner, Director Forensic Sciences Laboratory dt. Feb. 5, 1999 stated that "In my opinion to a reasonable degree of medical certainly, that this individual with the history of multiple myocardial infarcts and non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus and considering his age would be an individual in frail health in which a chronic administration or exposure of arsenic leading to toxic levels would be expected to be a significant contributing condition to his death." The report is attached as Annexure-C.
(vi) Further the tape recordings of the conversations between Srila Prabhupada and his followers clearly shows that Srila Prabhupada suspected that he was being poisoned and had symptoms of those who had been poisoned. Further the recording of the conversation in the last day of his life showed that someone present in the room on that fateful day made a comment about the poison being taken by Srila Prabhupada. These sound recordings prove that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned by someone close to him. The transcript of tape recorded conversation is attached as Annexure-D.
The authenticity of the tape has been proved by various certified reports by various agencies. The report dated 13.4.98 by Helen A. Mc Caffrey is annexed as Annexure-E. The other report dated 1.8.2001 by Owl Investigation Incorporated is Annexure-F, which endorses the authenticity of the tape.
5. That the petitioners finding that no action has been taken by GBC to approach the Police, approached the police authorities and reported the matter to them and requested them to initiate investigation. However, the police authorities failed to even record the grievance of the petitioner for the motives and intention best known to them. Thereafter the petitioners have sent a written complaint to the concerned police authorities and again requested them to lodge an appropriate F.I.R. and to initiate detailed investigations in the matter but the police authorities failed to initiate an investigation in the matter. That the aforesaid inaction giving a justifiable doubt that the local police authorities are being pressurized from certain quarters for not initiating an investigation. The copies of the complaints are collectively annexed as Annexure-G. That being aggrieved by non co-operation and inaction by Local Police Authorities in initiating an investigation the petitioners were convinced with the fact that the suspected persons are influential, approached the prime investigation agency namely the C.B.I. with the complaint dated 7th November 2004, but the CBI also did not initiate any investigation in the matter which compels the petitioner to approach this Hon’ble Court. The copy of complaint to CBI is annexed herewith as Annexure-H.
6. Being aggrieved by the inaction of the Police and the CBI the petitioners are filing this writ petition inter alia amongst other on the following grounds:
GROUNDS A. That the respondents have failed to act in accordance with duty and obligation cast on them by statute, the said duty and obligation being to act fairly and fearlessly without any influence in enforcing the law of the land;
B. That upon receiving information disclosing commission of a cognizable offence, the mandate of Sections 154 & 156 Cr.P.C. is that the police shall register an FIR and proceed to investigate the matter, which mandate of law it is submitted, has been ignored and violated by the Respondents in the present case.
C. The Hon’ble Court as well as the Hon’ble Supreme Court have in a series of decisions held that where the matter involves great public interest, investigation by an independent agency such as the CBI should be directed. In the present case where the life of a great soul, spiritual and religious leader, head of the ISKCON, was unlawfully taken away.
D. That where as in the present case, the conduct of officers of the State i.e. Respondent No.1 and 2, manifests a disturbing degree of indifference and a deliberate failure to investigate serious offences apart from the deliberate delays which would result in evidence being lost due to ulterior motives, only a direction for investigation by the C.B.I. would instill confidence in the public that a fair and impartial and unbiased investigation will be done.
E. The petitioners state that Respondents No.1 and 2 did not act or carry out any expeditious and essential investigation despite the fact that there was clear and clinching evidence of the offence of serious nature under Section 302 and 120B IP has been committed.
F. The petitioner submits that the Central Bureau of Investigation who have investigated by various complex matters including national and international offences, have the experience, understanding, skill, manpower, integrity and jurisdiction to conduct a thorough in-depth investigation. The petitioner apprehends that investigation into the said FIR if left with the U.P. Police would lead to closure of the case causing grave and irreparable harm and injury to the Petitioner and injustice towards the various disciples of Srila Prabhupada all over the world. The petitioner further submits that under the circumstances it has no alternate efficacious remedy.
PRAYER It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased:
a) to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order/direction to the Respondent No.3/CBI to register the case/FIR and investigate the matter;
b) to issue a writ in the nature of continuing mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order/direction to the Respondent No.1 Central Bureau of Investigation to investigate the case and to furnish the report to the Hon’ble Court till the pendency of the petition;
c) to pass such other further order(s) and/or directions as this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper;
d) order as to costs be also awarded to the petitioner.

Our last report on legal proceedings was posted- 27th November 2004. Yes, it has been awhile. The Indian courts have a heavy workload, possibly the heaviest in the world. Still, the alleged poisoning of His Divine Grace, as expected, is causing quite a stir in legal circles. To this point, pending judicial confirmation of prima facie evidence, the issue was kept away from world media. However, that is about to change.
In our last report we wrote:

Following the Writ submission and acceptance by the High Court, a date - 10th Jan 2005, was set for reply by the Respondents. On 10th Jan. the Hon'able judges presiding over the case were not available. It was handed over to another bench. The court room was full of high profile cases that needed urgent attention. The cases were long overdue, drawn-out and complicated. Srila Prabhupada's case was deferred to Feb 14. On 14th Feb. 2005, the Respondents gave their reply (this document will be posted when permitted). A follow-up hearing was set for March 2005.
While preparing for the March hearing, it was revealed that a team of devotees were filing a Writ in the Supreme Court, Delhi. It was exciting news. Contact was made and both teams got together with legal counsel. Both teams were advised that the Supreme Court would surely depute the Writ to the jurisdiction of the alleged crime, i.e. Allahabad High Court. A decision was made to defer the Allahabad High Court hearing in anticipation of the Supreme Court decision.
The matter came up for hearing at Supreme Court on 11th April 2005, and was argued at length. A proposal was put to the bench that either a direct notice be issued to the opposite parties, or, if the matter was to be dealt with at the Allahabad High Court then directions should be given to expedite the petition within a time-frame. As expected, the Writ was deputed to the High Court, Allahabad. The Judges expressed their belief that there was sufficient evidence and the High Court should take cognisance and endeavour to dispose of the matter urgently.
Presently, both Writs, along with several Supporting Plaintiff petitions have been clubbed: both teams are now acting as joint plaintiffs. The clubbed Writs will be submitted before Allahabad High Court bench on a date yet to be determined.

Evidence in the poison case of Srila Prabhupada
1) Srila Prabhupada himself complaining that he was being poisoned. 2) Everyone
in the room at the time verifying that he had complained that he was being poisoned.
Some of the people near/ around the room at the time knew that a poison complaint
was being made, but they were afraid to disclose that till recently.
3) Even Adridharana, who was in the room, said to us in 1997 that he was "alarmed"
by the poison complaint from Srila Prabhupada.
4) Srila Prabhupada says he has "the symptoms" of a person who is
being poisoned, and more than a few doctors verify this, indeed he has the symptoms
of a person being given poison.
5) Tamal admits to Srila Prabhupada that he and some other GBC were talking
about poisoning gurus, and feeding them broken glass etc., in late 1977. Srila
Prabhupada then said "My guru maharaja also" (was said to have been
poisoned). And then Srila Prabhupada asked that his food be checked, and not
be cooked by just anyone (because he was being poisoned). And then he requested
that his sister (Pisima) come to cook meals for him (because he was being poisoned),
since he wanted a trusted person to cook for him.
6) Forensic whispers verify that they were indeed talking about poisoning Srila
Prabhupada.
7) Srila Prabhupada says he could hear these GBC deviants whispering about poisoning
him, hence he said "yeh sab friends" were discussing giving him poison.
8) Srila Prabhupada also said, "Do not torture me and put me to death,"
and that "a Ravana" (one of his servants) would kill him in his room,
etc.
9) Srila Prabhupada also said things like, "Just kill me here."
10) High levels of arsenic were found in a hair sample from Srila Prabhupada.
11) Many Brijabasis, life members, Bengalis including newspaper editors, hindi
scholars, lawyers, judges, devotees etc. ALL agree that he is saying he is being
poisoned in hindi.
12) Many of Srila Prabhupada's devotees understand that he is saying he is being
poisoned.
13) Many folks from the Gaudiya Matha now agree that he says he is being poisoned.
14) When we played the poison tape to 25,000 hindus on a Houston hindu radio
show, not one single person phoned in to say that Srila Prabhupada was not saying
he was being poisoned, rather most people agreed and certainly no one could
challenge. And how could they, since Tamal says in his diary -- there is a poison
complaint?
15) Many American forensic experts, as well as FBI and Police, agree that there
is a good case for murder or wronful death of Srila Prabhupada.
16) Some prominent
life members have been distributing the poison case materials to other life
members because they accept the case as valid. And so on and so forth! There
is a lot of evidence for our case, and it should not be compared to a regular
"murder mystery who-dunnit."

Dear Pada:
I want to applaud your very nice analysis of the "POISONING" issue. I must confess that when not much was being said, [I thought] that the poison issue had been found to be false. Although I have suspected from the first that Srila Prabhupada had been poisoned, and in addition, heard from eye-witnesses and near eye-witnesses about an overheard conspiracy to poison our beloved Spiritual Master, (whose Vapu, Vani and personal association, not His death, is to our great benefit) I was reluctant to REALLY believe it.
"I HAVE NO LONGER ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER THAT SRILA PRABHUPADA WAS POISONED."
I spent several hours in Alachua among fluent Hindi speakers, going over the
tape word by word; phrase by phrase. Then we all went to a sound studio where
the tapes had been digitally "cleaned up" and enhanced.
Not one of us in the room could avoid hearing the horrible [whispers], "The poison's going down" (breath) "The poison's going down!" (breath) "the poison's going down!" Then a voice with a husky whisper says, "Let's put the poison in the milk". In a few moments Bhakta Charu gives Srila Prabhupada milk. Srila Prabhupada says that it is "too sweet" (everyone in the room PARTICULARLY Tamal KNOWS that Srila Prabhupada has diabetes, and does not like His milk sweet). If it were 1969 instead of 1977, Tamal would have dragged whoever made the milk over the COALS for making it too sweet and 'Displeasing the Spiritual Master').
Without RESPONDING to Srila Prabhupada's direct complaint about the milk, Bhakta Charu quickly tries to distract Srila Prabhupada by asking him to wipe His mouth on His sleeve. (WHY HIS SLEEVE? ARE THERE NO SERVANTS TO WIPE THE MOUTH OF THE JAGAT GURU ON HIS DEATHBED?)
NO ONE IN THE ROOM MAKES ANY COMMENT ON THE SWEET MILK. APPARENTLY, NO ONE CARES.
This "MILK AND WHISPERS" incident follows a long tortuous conversation by Srila Prabhupada who is trying to interest the persons in the room, (PARTICULARLY THE AYURVEDIC DOCTOR BROUGHT ESPECIALLY AT SRILA PRABHUPADA'S REQUEST FROM CALCUTTA). Although Srila Prabhupada was not pleased with the medications given him by the other doctors (particularly the fake MAKADVAJA administered by a pseudo-doctor who ended up in jail, and was linked with the Indian Government) He SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THIS PARTICULARL DOCTOR DAY AFTER DAY WITH CONSIDERABLE CONCERN.
THE MINUTE THE DOCTOR APPEARED, SRILA PRABHUPADA LAUNCHED INTO AN OBLIQUE DISCUSSION OF HIMSELF BEING POISONED, AND OTHER CASES THAT CONCERNED POISON.
UNFORTUNATELY, THE MOOD OF THE ROOM WAS TO TRY TO CONVINCE SRILA PRABHUPADA THAT THE IDEA OF BEING POISONED WAS ONLY IN HIS HEAD. TAMAL CREATED AN ATMOSPHERE IN WHICH IT WAS "POLITICALLY CORRECT" TO PATRONIZE SRILA PRABHUPADA'S VERY REAL CONCERNS AND TO MAKE IT SOUND LIKE VAGUE OPINION OR (WORSE) SENILE WANDERINGS OF AN OLD MAN'S MIND.
NOTE: Please be reminded that I PERSONALLY overheard a conversation between Tamal and another devotee in which BOTH OF THEM bitterly referred to Srila Prabhupada as "senile" (This conversation took place in 1973! That was more than four years before Srila Prabhupada left the planet.)
ANY GROUP OF NON-DEVOTEES WHO HEARD THAT CONVERSATION WOULD HAVE ASSUMED THE WORST, AND WOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY LAUNCHED A FULL INVESTIGATION, AND REPLACED HIS ENTIRE IMMEDIATE SERVICE STAFF. Unfortunately, the devotees were mesmerized by their impending grief at losing their Dearmost Friend as well as mesmerized into assuming that the oligarchs that led them really DID represent Srila Prabhupada.
In retrospect, it is easy for anyone to see (particularly non-devotees) that Srila Prabhupada is and was a SAINT and that the scoundrels surrounding him (myself included) WERE NOT AND ARE NOT. I Left the sound studio totally shocked into full awareness.
I HAVE NO LONGER ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER THAT SRILA PRABHUPADA WAS POISONED, AND I HAD THE ADDITIONAL HORROR OF LISTENING TO THE VOICES OF PERSONS WHO I KNOW QUITE WELL TALKING TO HIM AT THE VERY MOMENT THAT THE LATEST DOSE OF POISON WAS ADMINISTRATED.
That does not mean that everyone in the room was a conspirator. (If one of my sources is correct, there were EIGHT CONSPIRATORS). What is certain, however, IS THAT SOME OF THE CONSPIRATORS WERE IN THE ROOM, AND WE ARE "TREATED" TO HEARING THEIR VOICES!......AND THEY ARE PERSONS THAT WE ALL KNOW VERY WELL!!!!!!
MY SPECULATIVE CONCLUSION: The conspiracy must have been formed AFTER the July 9 letter naming RITTVIKS. Tamal sent the letter that was co-signed by Srila Prabhupada. If he had not wanted the world to know that Srila Prabhupada had created RITTVIKS then he would not have sent it. (I am aware of at least one 1965 OR 1966 letter signed by Srila Prabhupada and six senior devotees that WAS NEVER SENT)
Tamal must have been so relieved that he was named, that he wanted the world to know it before Srila Prabhupada made one of His disconcerting last minute changes and bumped him off the list. Tamal told many persons about the letter, and the fact that Srila Prabhupada had appointed RITTVIKS, which was essentially what Srila Prabhupada had encouraged us to be all along. (He delegated initiations, delegated responses to letters sent to him by His disciples, created a GBC etc.)
SUDDENLY (A FEW WEEKS LATER) [Gauridasa Pandita] IS FORBIDDEN TO TALK ABOUT THE RITTVIK APPOINTMENTS AND IS ACTUALLY DRIVEN OUT FROM HIS IMPORTANT SERVICE TO SRILA PRABHUPADA IN VRINDABAN JUST FOR MENTIONING THE RITTVIK APPOINTMENTS TO A THIRD PARTY!
That means that SOMETHING HAPPENED in between the sending of the letter and the casting out of [Gauridasa Pandita] das. WHAT HAPPENED?
I am sure that the truth will come out slowly and gradually in the near future. IF YOU JUDGE BY THE RESULTS, the cause of the events becomes quite clear. We know that the "aspiring" successors went to the Gaudiya Math to seek the answers to the matter of succession. Narayan Maharaja was present at the end. Sridhar Maharaja was consulted frequently.
WHEN THE "gurus" ANNOUNCED THEIR "TAKEOVER" at Mayapur, the GBC report states that the GBC in consultation with HIGHER AUTHORITY has defined the matters concerning the succession. WHO IS THE HIGHER AUTHORITY?
Srila Prabhupada created the GBC as the Highest Authority in Iskcon. Obviously, they considered (at that time) that the Gaudiya Math was a HIGHER AUTHORITY THAN THE GBC AS WELL AS SRILA PRABHUPADA'S FINAL ORDER. WHY??????
I am sure that as soon as the RITTVIK July 9 letter was posted, they all ran to the Gaudiya Math to crow and strut their good fortune at having been chosen to be RITTVIKS. I am sure that Narayan Maharaja and Sridhara Maharaja would have been appalled to hear this. BOTH OF THEM ASPIRED TO HEAD ISKCON AFTER THE DEPARTURE OF SRILA PRABHUPADA. (I have a transcript of a tape taken by Dhira Krishna in which Sridhara Maharaja bitterly laments having not been chosen. Narayan Maharaj is currently billing himself as "Srila Prabhupada's first and most devoted Shiksa disciple").
MY SPECULATION........... The Gaudiya Math "gurus" are horrified....."Oh your guru maharaja has made a TERRIBLE mistake! He is trying to become immortal like Jesus Christ instead of gracefully stepping aside and letting his true descendents take over. Perhaps a "hint" of Srila Prabhupada's "senility" was raised. "Oh then it is clear....Your guru maharaja has built this wonderful movement, but because of "senility" he is now going to destroy EVERYTHING! All his work will be spoilt!!!
THIS MUST NOT HAPPEN!!! YOU MUST DO SOMETHING!!!! THE SAME WAS TRUE WITH OUR GURU MAHARAJA!!!! YOU CANNOT LET THIS RITTVIK HERESY BE INTRODUCED NOW THAT HIS MIND IS WANDERING AND HE NOW LONGER REMEMBERS WHAT TO DO!!!!!
We do not have Rittvik in our sampradaya ...IT IS A CONCOCTION!!!!!!! Your guru maharaja would WANT you to save his movement if he only had control of his mind!!!!! YOU MUST SERVE KRISHNA BY DOING SOMETHING TO PREVENT THE RITTVIK APPOINTMENT FROM BEING CARRIED OUT. YOUR GURU WOULD WANT THAT. KRISHNA AND LORD CHAITANYA ARE DEPENDING ON YOU TO SAVE YOUR PRABHUPADA'S MOVEMENT!!!!!
DO THE NEEDFULL!!!!!!!" So suddenly, the Rittvik gurus legitimately and legally appointed by Srila Prabhupada found themselves faced with the not altogether unpleasant task of "saving" Iskcon by APPOINTING THEMSELVES GURU as the Gaudiya Math instructed them as "HIGHER AUTHORITY" to do. AS SUCCESSOR GURUS, they were "QUALIFIED" to poison Srila Prabhupada to "save" His beloved Iskcon!
WHAT A MIRACULOUS DUTY! WHAT A RIDDLE! YOUR LAST AND GREATEST "SERVICE" TO YOUR SPIRITUAL MASTER WOULD BE TO SAVE HIS MOVEMENT (AND HENCE THE ENTIRE VAISHAVA SAMPRADAYA) BY POISONING HIM! I am sure that the poisoners felt that KRISHNA HIMSELF sent the poison and that KRISHNA HIMSELF gave it to Srila Prabhupada to drink. THEY CAN TAKE NO CREDIT (or blame) THEY WERE ONLY THE INSTRUMENTS!!!!! If you follow the violent and vicious "anti-rittvik" arguments, they all concentrate on arguments picked up from visits to the GAUDIYA MATH. None of their arguments come from Srila Prabhupada.
They talk of "Vaishnava tradition" and the "History of the Sampradaya" but not of Srila Prabhupada's direct FINAL ORDER. ISN'T THAT PECULIAR? One should be able to identify WHO IS THE GURU by encountering His disciples. If you judge these men as "disciples" you may mistake them for Gaudiya Math or even Rama Krishna mission!
IT IS TIME TO RETURN TO SRILA PRABHUPADA'S VANI. UPON TAKING SHELTER OF HIS VANI, ONE CAN IMMEDIATELY IDENTIFY IF OTHERS ARE FOLLOWING HIM OR SOMEONE (OR SOMETHING) ELSE. WHAT MUST WE DO ABOUT THE POISON TAPES????
1. We must get an early generation of the tape. (original is best)
2. The tape must be taken to a forensic sound laboratory on the highest and most credible level.
3. The tape must be digitally enhanced by third parties who are then in a position to make their findings known in a SWORN STATEMENT.
4. The tape must be listened to by experts in distinguishing speech patterns on tapes. They must be in a position to MAKE A SWORN STATEMENT AS TO WHAT THEY HAVE HEARD.
5. An intelligent translation and commentary of the Hindi and Bengali parts must be made.
6. THE RESULTING CD WILL THEN BE USABLE TO PRESENT TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW THE TRUTH. WE WILL THEN BE IN A POSITION TO REQUIRE THE GBC TO RESIGN "EN MASSE".
Srila Prabhupada's order that the GBC be elected for three year terms will be instituted. That will be a peaceful conclusion.
IF THEY ARE NOT DEVOTIONAL AND INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO AGREE; then we release the CD to the most receptive and effective recipients in India, and wait for the explosion. THE GBC WILL THEN BE LUCKY TO ESCAPE FROM INDIA ALIVE. I am sure that the Indian people will form a LYNCH MOB if they have strong proof that THE GREATEST INDIAN SPIRITUAL EMMISARY IN WORLD HISTORY WAS POISONED BY HIS WESTERN DISCIPLES.
